Refunds and cancellations

Beauty Pro and Beauty Content Kit are digital products. No physical return is required.

To request a cancellation or refund, email beautypro2027@gmail.com with your order number and checkout email. Tell us which product the request concerns. Never send passwords or payment card details.

Mandatory consumer rights apply, including rights concerning defective, inaccessible or misdescribed digital products. Where a statutory 14-day withdrawal period applies, it is not removed merely because a product is digital. Any exception requires the express consent and acknowledgement required by applicable law before performance begins.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary. Refunded or cancelled app purchases may result in access being revoked. The Content Kit and app are separate order items and are reviewed accordingly.
