Here’s what to know before you buy.
What do I receive?
You get 365 days of Beauty Pro for one professional, plus the messages, templates, guides and downloads listed above. The optional Content Kit costs extra. No tablet or printed materials are included.
Does my access renew automatically?
No. The offer includes 365 days of app access with one payment. The period starts when our system processes your confirmed payment, not when you first sign in. There is no automatic renewal. You can keep using the companion files you have downloaded after app access ends.
Is the Beauty Content Kit included?
The Content Kit is an optional, separate purchase. It includes 30 editable feed posts (1080 × 1350), 15 stories (1080 × 1920), 30 captions and a 30-day content calendar. The templates reuse three coordinated layout styles with different content. A browser editor exports PNG or SVG; these are not Canva or Photoshop templates. When available, select it beside the offer if you want to add it. It is delivered as a separate download. The app’s included client messages and companion resources do not require this extra purchase.
Is this an app or a PDF planner?
Beauty Pro is an app you open in your browser. Your appointments and client records are saved online. A separate PDF planner is also included, but it does not sync with the app.
Can I use it on my phone and iPad?
Yes. Open Beauty Pro in your browser on your phone, tablet or computer. Sign in to the same account to see your records. You need an internet connection.
Will it take payments or send messages to my clients?
You record payments received through your own payment methods. Beauty Pro does not process your clients' card payments. You prepare and personalize client messages, send them through your chosen app, then record the contact.
Can I bring my existing clients and services?
Yes. Import a client or service list from a CSV file and check it before saving. Or add one client and one service to start.
Can clients book online by themselves?
No. You agree appointments with your clients and add them to your calendar. Beauty Pro does not include a public booking page.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Open Beauty Pro in your web browser and sign in. You need an internet connection to save your changes.
What happens when my access ends?
App access ends after 365 days unless you purchase more access. There is no automatic charge. Keep an export of your records before access ends. You can still sign in to the separate Manage my data page to download your stored data when product access is inactive. You can keep using files you have already downloaded.
Can my team share the account?
This edition is for one professional. It does not include separate staff accounts or calendars.
What language are the app and resources in?
The app and resources are in English. You can write your own notes and edit your client messages in the language you use.
