Beauty Pro — terms of service

Beauty Pro is a digital organizer for independent beauty professionals. The public calculator is free; paid app access and the optional Beauty Content Kit are separate products.

Your purchase

Beauty Pro includes 365 days of access for one professional, starting when verified payment is processed. This is one payment with no automatic renewal. The Content Kit is an optional separate digital download; purchasing the kit alone does not include app access.

Access and delivery

Use the same email address at checkout and when creating your app account. Complete email verification to claim an eligible purchase. A checkout redirect or downloading a ZIP does not activate an account. App instructions: Beauty Pro getting started. Purchased files are delivered through individual Shopify download links.

Keep your account credentials private. Included templates may be used in your own business, but the source collection and account access may not be resold or shared.

Requirements and product information

A supported modern browser and an internet connection are required for the app. The app and resources are in English. The optional PDF planner is separate from the app and does not sync with it; interactive PDF features require a compatible reader. Devices shown in images are not included.

You enter appointments and record payments yourself. Beauty Pro does not guarantee revenue, bookings or time savings. Demo records are fictional. Mia and labelled illustrative scenes are AI-created, not customer testimonials.

Prices and support

Shopify checkout confirms currency, taxes, discounts and the final total before payment. The Content Kit is optional and is not preselected. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
